I am a Level 1 Tennis Performance Trainer, certified by the International Tennis Performance Association. This means I underwent a study course and passed a certification test to become a tennis fitness specialist and provide tennis-specific physical training information and routines to tennis athletes of all ages and levels. As a Tennis Performance Trainer, I have studied specific sport science information and know assessments, drills and exercises that can improve the performance of and reduce injuries in the tennis athlete.
